摘　　要：采用常规压片法观察了同源四倍体萝卜花粉母细胞减数分裂过程。结果表明:二、四倍体减数分裂主要过程基本相似,均为同时型胞质分裂。区别在于:四倍体前期Ⅰ19.3%的花粉母细胞具有双核仁;中期Ⅰ染色体构型复杂,二价体占53.8%,四价体占33.9%,多价体占7.4%;在25.5%的花粉母细胞中观察到染色体落后和染色体桥现象;中期Ⅱ纺锤体有"八"字、垂直和平行3种类型;非正常四分体达6.7%,败育率达32.0%。Pollen mother cells （PMC） meiotic process of autotetraploid radish was studied by a routing preparation method. The results indicated that the PMCs meiosis of autotetraploid was similar to the diploid, both of them were cytokinesis of simultaneous type except some particularities ： about 19. 3% PMC had bi-nucleoluses and in prophase Ⅰ , the complex chromosome configuration showed 7.4% muhivalent, 33.9% quadrivalent, 53.8% bivalent in metaphase Ⅰ. The PMC which contained lagged chromosomes and chromosome bridge chromosomes accounted for 25.5%. Spindles during metaphase Ⅱ comprised parallel style, vertical style and the ‘八＇ like style. The unusual tetrad attained to 6. 7%. The emergence frequency of abnormal phenomena at each stage of meiosis was 32.0%.
