摘 要:选用籼型杂交水稻5个不育系803A、JW 803A、G46A、珍汕97A和Ⅱ-32A,5个恢复系绵恢2040、涪恢311、蜀恢527、明恢63和辐恢838,按NCⅡ遗传交配设计配组得到25个杂交组合,在穗分化期对其光合性状的配合力及遗传力进行分析。结果表明:基因加性效应对杂种一代的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度等性状起主导作用;光合色素含量遗传变异主要来自基因的非加性效应。杂交水稻净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等性状受不育系影响较大,光合色素含量主要受父母本的互作效应同时也受环境因子影响。净光合速率中不育系JW 803A和恢复系蜀恢527具有较高的一般配合力效应,组合JW 803A/蜀恢527的特殊配合力效应较高,是亲本一般配合力和F1特殊配合力结合较好的组合。The NC Ⅱ genetic mating design of five indica sterile lines (803A, JWS03A, G46A, Zhenshan 97A and Ⅱ-32A) by five indica restorer lines (Mianhui 2040, Fuhui 311, Shuhui 527, Minghui 63 and Fuhui 838) was used to investigate the combining ability and heritability for photosynthetic characters at panicle primordium differentiation stage of rice. The results showed that the additive variation was principal in net photosynthetic rate ( P. ), transpiration rate ( Tr ), and stoma conductance ( Gs ) while the non-additive variation was greater in the content of phytochrome. Pn, Tr and Gs were influenced more greatly by sterile line, while phytochrome content was influenced mainly by the interaction between sterile line and its restorer and environmental factors. For photosynthesis rate JW803A and Shuhui 527 showed higher general combining ability effect in MS ( male sterile) lines and in restorer line respectirely, and the combination JW803A/Shuhui 527 showed higher special combining ability.
