摘  要:以1917份中国菊花品种以及从中确定的413份初选核心种质为试材,比较了两者表型性状差异,检测了初选核心种质对总体品种资源的代表性。结果表明,初选核心种质的5个质量性状的不同表现型频率和7个数量性状的平均数、标准差、变异系数、极值等参数与菊花品种总体资源基本一致;质量性状平均符合度、数量性状平均值和标准差的平均符合度均在95%以上(分别为97.5%、98.66%和97.22%);初选核心种质与所有品种资源12个观赏性状的Shannon-weaver遗传多样性指数差异不显著。表明本研究所构建的菊花初选核心种质能够较好地代表供试总体资源的遗传多样性,可以作为中国菊花的初选核心种质。The morphological characteristics comparison between the 1 917 entire collection and 413 candidate core collection of chrysanthemum cuhivars were made to test the representativeness of the candidate core collection in this study. The results showed that the candidate core collection presented a similar distribution and frequency to that of the entire collection in terms of 5 qualitative traits, and the mean value, standard deviation (SD), coefficient of variation (CV) and extremum of 7 quantitative traits of candidate core collection were similar to those of the entire collection. The average coincidence rates for qualitative traits and for the mean value and standard deviation of quantitative traits were all larger than 95% (97.5% , 98.66% and 97. 22% , respectively). The Shannon-weaver index of genetic diversity showed that there was no significant difference between the candidate core collection and the entire collection for the 12 ornamental traits involved, indicating that the candidate core collection subset could represent the genetic diversity of the entire collection and could be treated as candidate core collection for chrysanthemum cuhivars.
