摘 要:采用CIRAS-1全自动光合分析仪比较分析了药用菊花杭白菊与黄菊光合生理特性的差异。结果表明:黄菊的叶绿素含量和光合能力均高于杭白菊。黄菊的光合日变化呈明显的双峰曲线,存在明显光合“午休”现象,光抑制是造成“午休”现象的主要原因;杭白菊的光合日变化呈单峰曲线。黄菊光补偿点为225.45μmol·m^-1·s^-1,光饱和点为1358μmol·m^-1·s^-1;杭白菊光补偿点为235.82μmol·m^-1·s^-1,光饱和点为1217μmol·m^-1·s^-1。杭白菊光合适宜温度为23~26℃,黄菊光合适宜温度为18~23℃。The photosynthetic characteristics between white chrysanthemum and yellow chrysanthemum were measured by portable photosynthesis system CIRAS-1. The results showed that the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic activity of yellow chrysanthemum were much higher than white chrysanthemum. The diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate in yellow chrysanthemum was double peaks curve, and had ' noon break'. Photon flux densities could be regarded as the principal ecological factors for the midday depression. The diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate in white chrysanthemum was a single peak curve. The light compensation point and light saturation point amount to 225.45 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 and 1 358 μmol · m^-2· s^-1 in yellow chrysanthemum, while 235.82 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 and 1 217 μmol · m^-2· s^-1 in white chrysanthemum. The optimum temperature for photosynthesis in white chrysanthemum was found to be about 23 -26 ℃, while 18 -23 ℃ in yellow chrysanthemum.
