摘 要:针对圆柱形单稳态永磁接触器操动机构的多目标动态优化设计问题进行了研究.首先给出了操动机构的模型和工作原理,以及各个部件电磁设计方法,获得操动机构的初步设计方案.在此基础上,建立了以体积、平均合闸时间和撞击能量为多目标的最优化模型,运用自适应模拟退火算法进行多目标动态优化设计,提高其静动态综合特性.以75A永磁接触器操动机构为具体优化对象,比较了优化前后的尺寸和优化目标,综合指标优化率为19.0%.不同气隙下的静态力特性计算与实测结果最大相对误差为7.4%,不同合闸相角时的动态特性仿真曲线均与相应实验结果吻合很好,验证了多目标优化设计模型和方法的有效性与正确性.A multi-objective dynamic optimization design method of cylindrical single-steady-state permanent magnet (PM) actuator for contactor is presented. The model, principle of operation and electromagnetic design for PM actuator's components are given to obtain their initial design parameters at first. A multi-objective dynamic optimization model is then established, in which volume, average making time and impacting energy are taken as optimization objectives. The adaptive simulated annealing algorithm is employed to optimize PM actuator for improving the static and dynamic characteristics synthetically. Taking 75 A PM contactor as an optimization sample, the optimized dimensions and objectives are compared with the initial design. The rate of optimization is 19.0%. The max relative error of calculation and experiment of static forces at different air-gaps is 7.4%. The dynamic simulation curves of different making angles agree with experimental measurements, respectively, which verifies the validity and correctness of the dynamic optimization design model proposed in this paper.
