摘 要:建立了三电平整流器在d-q同步旋转坐标系统的解耦状态空间方程,采用电压和电流双闭环控制策略,并应用空间电压矢量调制方式进行基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真分析和实验研究。仿真结果表明,该方法具有良好的动稳态性能,控制精度高,确保了电网侧电流波形正弦化、单位功率因数为1,并能实现能量的双向流动。The three-level PWM rectifier topology has been studied in this paper, and the decoupled state-space equations in synchronous rotating reference frame (d-q frame) were derived. The hierarchical controller structure is adopted, namely, the inner current-loop is responsible for reference current tracking and the outer voltage-loop is responsible for load regulation. The design methodologies for proportional-integral (PI) controllers are presented for the inner current-loop and outer voltage-loop respectively. The proposed three--level PWM rectifier based on space vector pulse-width-modulation (SVPWM) strategy is simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed three-level PWM rectifier provides excellent performance both in steady-state and dynamic load variations. Pure sinusoidal waveforms can be achieved in grid currents with a unity power factor. Besides, energy feedback is realized.
