摘　　要：为了提高明胶生产过程中离子交换工序的工作效率和产品质量,节约工业原料,根据工艺要求对该工序进行了自动化方案设计,采用WinCC和PLC进行监控,并通过工业以太网实现三级网络控制。目前该系统已投入使用,既提高了产品的质量,又实现了节约工业原料的目的,同时也为安全生产提供了可靠的保障。To improve the system efficiency and product quality of ion exchange system of the gelatin enterprise, and save industrial raw material, according to the technological requirements, the paper design the process automation program. The system uses WinCC and PLC to monitor, and achieves three - tier network control through industrial ethernet. Now the system has been put into production, not only improved the quality of products, achieved the goal of saving industrial raw materials, and provide the reliable safeguard for production.
