摘　　要：根据复卷机在复卷过程中的工艺要求,提出了一种基于Profibus-DP现场总线技术的复卷机变频控制系统,详细介绍了Profibus-DP网络的硬件配置和软件设计。现场总线和变频技术在复卷机中的应用,有效地解决了复卷机直流控制系统中存在的问题,减少了系统布线,大大提高了复卷机运行的车速和自动化水平。According to the technical requirements of the rewinder＇s working process,the paper puts forward a rewinder＇s varying -frequency control system which is based on Profibus - DP field bus technology, and introduces in detail the hardware configurations and software design of Profibus - DP network. The application of field bus and varying -frequency technology in the rewinder can effectively solve the problems that exist in the DC control system of the rewinder, reduce the system wiring and therefore greatly improve the security and the automatization level.
