摘 要:近年来,通过标准联盟创立技术标准已成为标准化领域的重要趋势,这一变化正在深刻改变着标准竞争的规则。以AVS标准为研究样本,研究了结盟行为对自主标准的作用机制。研究表明,在技术标准大量引用技术专利的背景下,结盟行为将技术交易内部化,从而降低了交易费用,为相关专利的技术集成提供了有效途径;标准联盟以专利池运营拥有的知识产权,这有助于合作创新的持续开展,从而推动自主标准的产业化。In recent years,setting technical standards through standard alliances is an important trend in standardization field,which is profoundly changing the rules of standards competition.Taking the case of AVS standards as research sample,the paper explores the mechanism of founding homegrown standards based on the allying behavior.Research shows that,under the background of technical standards citing more and more technology patents,allying behavior internalizes technology transaction and decreases the transaction cost,which provides an effect way for the technology integration of related patents.Meanwhile,standards alliances are helpful to sustainable development of cooperative innovation by operating intellectual property rights through the patent pools,thus promote the industrialization of homegrown standards.
