摘　　要：目的:抗人二羰基/L-木酮糖还原酶(dicarbonyl/L-xylulose reductase,DCXR)的单克隆抗体(mAb)的初步鉴定与应用。方法:通过免疫荧光染色法对DCXR mAb进行亚细胞定位,通过免疫沉淀法对DCXR mAb进行初步应用研究。结果:DCXR mAb定位于肝脏的线粒体,通过免疫沉淀法该mAb可以从线粒体总蛋白中去除相应的蛋白DCXR。结论:成功制备了抗人DCXR的mAb,为DCXR的研究提供了有力的工具。Objective： To characterize the monoclonal antibody, mAb, against dicarbonyl/L-xylulose reductase （DCXR） for its application. Methods： DCXRmAb was detected by immunofluorescence staining, mAb was used to isolate DCXR by immunoprecipitation. Results ： DCXRmAb was localized in mitochondria of liver and could deplete DCXR from total lysate in mitochondria by immunoprecipitation. Conclusion： Specific mAb against DCXR can be used as a powerful tool in investigation of DCXR functions and distribution.
