颈部3DCE-MRA技术的探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨三维对比增强MRA技术在颈动脉成像中的应用。方法对30例疑有颈动脉疾病患者，行3DCE．MRA扫描，经最大信号强度投影（maximum intensity projection，MIP）重建获得整体血管图像，并结合原始图像进行分析。结果结果表明采用3DCE—MRA成像技术，能获得高质量的颈动脉图像。诊断动脉狭窄、闭塞14例，其中10例行DSA检查，结果一致。结论3DCE-MRA对颈动脉疾病患者提供了一种准确可靠、易行的检查手段。Objective To evaluate the application of three-dimensional contrast-enhanced MR angiography（3D CE-MRA） in imaging of the carotid arteries.Methods Thirty cases suspected of carotid artery diseases underwent 3D CE-MRA and got maximum intensity projection（MIP）,the MIP images of the patients were analyzed together. Results The result shows that 3D CE-MRA can get high quality images of carotid artery.Fourteen cases with straitness or occlusion of the carotid artery were diagnosed by CE-MRA,ten cases were proved by the DSA. Conclusion 3D CE-MRA has high diagnostic accuracy in patients with carotid artery diseases.And it is reliable and easy technique,which can substitute for DSA basically.
