摘　　要：近年来,公安机关在对敌斗争、打击犯罪、维护治安、处置突发事件和抢险救灾等工作中,民警因公伤亡的人数呈逐年增多的趋势,加强民警执法素质、执法能力的培训,着力提高执法水平是最大限度减少民警不必要伤亡的有效途径。In recent years, the numbers of police officers killed or injured in the fight against the enemy, fighting crimes and maintaining law and order, handling emergencies and disaster relief work are increasing year by year. Therefore it is an effective way to reduce unnecessary casualties by strengthening the quality of police enforcement, law enforcement capacity training, improve the level of law enforcement .
