复方粉背雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方粉背雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法采用单盲随机分组方法,治疗组82例服复方粉背雷公藤,对照组82例服甲氨蝶呤,疗程均为2个月。对两组患者的疗效及症状、体征改善进行观察。结果治疗组总有效率为94.5%,对照组为65.6%。治疗组和对照组症状、体征在治疗后与治疗前比较均有显著性改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在症状、体征方面的疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方粉背雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎安全、有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Triterygium Hypoglaucum（level）Hutch in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods 82 RA patients were treated with Triterygium Hypoglaucum（level）Hutch and another 82 patients were treated with Methotrexate（MTX）for two months.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs were observed.Results The total effective rates were 94.5% in treatment group and 65.6% in control group;after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs were obviously improved in both groups（P〈0.05）,and with more significant improvement in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Triterygium Hypoglaucum（level）Hutch is effective and safe in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
