摘　　要：本文报道了粪检中将灵芝孢子误诊为华支睾吸虫病卵6例,提出应该根据二者形态特征,结合临床详细病史进行鉴别。This paper reported that Ganoderma lucidum spores were misdiagnosed as Clonorchis sinensis eggs in six cases of feces examination.This result raised the issue that morphological characteristics should be used in combination with detailed clinical history for the correct identification of these parasites.
