摘  要:目的探讨计算机图像技术在糖尿病创面定量研究的应用价值。方法在糖尿病创面上放置标准网格模板,摄影后形成图片。使用计算机图像技术生成创面和肉芽的感兴趣区,获取像素值。与标准网格对比,算出创面和肉芽的面积等指标。结果第四周创面面积22.75cm2,肉芽面积9.92cm2,肉芽百分比43.60%,创面收缩率7.52%。肉芽百分比与创面收缩率的相关分析,Pearson相关系数r=0.900,P=0.037。结论计算机图像技术结合统计分析可为糖尿病创面提供客观、准确、动态的评价指标。Objective To evaluate the application of computer image technique in measurement of diabetic wound. Methods Diabetic wound was photographed with a standard grid board (SGB) covered. By computer image technique, ROI of wound and granulation tissue was drawn, followed by pixels histogram obtained. In contrast with SGB, area of ROI was calculated. The data were transported to SPSS 13.0 soft- ware database in the end. Results In the 4th week, area of diabetic wound and granulation tissue was 22.75 cm2 and 9. 92 cm2 respectively. Granulation proportion of 43. 60%, wound contraction rate of 43.60% were calculated. Correlation coefficient of 0. 900 ( P = 0.037 ) was obtained by Pearson relative analysis. Conclusion Computer image technique plays an important role in evaluating diabetic wound objectively, accurately and dynamically.
