小儿烧伤后并发惊厥的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿烧伤后惊厥的常见原因,探索防治方法。方法回顾性分析收治28例烧伤后(学龄前)并发惊厥患儿的临床资料。结果本组28例除1例因脑水肿致呼吸功能衰竭,1例败血症致多器官衰竭而死亡外,其余26例均治愈出院。结论烧伤后及时有效的抗休克复苏和正确的处理措施,可减少或避免惊厥的发生。Objective To analyze the common reasons of children seizures after burned and explore the treatment of the disease. Method The data of 28 infant burn （before school age） seizures patients were retrocpectiady analyzed. Results There were 26 patients cured except 2 patients . One died of spepticemia caused MOSF and the other died of encephaledema caused respiratory failure. Conclusion Correct antishock measures and treatment are very effective for the infant burn patients to decrease or avoid the occurrence of seizures.
