摘　　要：按照当代科学的发展趋势，针对编制实测地质剖面图传统方法的种种弊端，提出应用建立回归直线方程的方法，客观准确地确定剖面图的总导线方向和位置，避免制图的主观随意性，使地质制图向标准化和数字化方向迈进一步。The author proposed that the application of linear regression equation to plotting of stratigraphic sections could be able to improve the quality of planes and sections with the help of accurate determination of traverse azimuth because of elimination of artificial error, which makes it possible to standardize and digitize the preparation of geological planes and sections.
