摘  要:目的探讨MR、多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在乳腺良、恶性病变诊断中的价值。方法140例乳腺疾病患者接受检查,72例接受MR检查,68例接受MSCT检查。结果140例乳腺疾病共152个病灶分为两组,MR组72例80个病灶,MSCT组68例72个病灶。MR、MSCT两组检查结果与术后病理结果均呈较好的一致性(Kappa值均>0.75);对乳腺癌MR、MSCT的敏感度分别为95.00%(38/40)、93.33%(42/45),特异度分别为90.00%(36/40)、85.19%(23/27),准确度分别为92.50%(74/80)、90.28%(65/72)。MSCT对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的术前检出率为71.43%(5/7),MR为10.00%(1/10)。结论MR、MSCT在乳腺良恶性病变鉴别方面都具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the value of MR and multi-slice CT (MSCT) in diagnosing breast benign and malignant lesions. Methods A total of 140 cases of breast diseases were examined, 72 received MR, 68 received MSCT examination. Results All cases with 152 lesions were divided into two groups: MR group 72 cases of 80 lesions and MSCT group 68 eases of 72 lesions. Good agreement was found between MR and MSCT results with pathology (Kappa values〉0. 75). The sensitivity of MR, MSCT for diagnosing breast cancer was 95.00% (38/40) and 93.33% (42/45), the specificity was 90.00% (36/40), 85.19% (23/27), the accuracy was 92.50% (74/80) and 90.28% (65/72), respectively. Five axillary lymph nodes (5/7, 71.43%) of metastasis were preoperatively detected by MSCT, while one (1/10, 10.00%) lymph node was detected by MR. Conclusion MR and MSCT both have high diagnostic value in the identification of benign and malignant breast lesions.
