摘 要:目的:探讨抗结核药物的应用与其耐药性之间的关系,为合理应用药物提供参考。方法:统计我院2002—2007年9种常用抗结核药:乙胺丁醇、异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、左氧氟沙星、利福喷丁、丙硫异烟胺、链霉素、对氨基水杨酸钠等的用药频度及耐药情况,计算相关系数,描述用药频度与耐药性的相关性及相关性之间的密切程度。结果:结核菌对这9种抗结核药的耐药率与其用药频度的相关系数在O.7536~0.9794之间,相关系数均具显著性。结论:细菌耐药率与药物的DDDs之间存在正相关,所以合理使用药物,可减少耐药性的发生。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the application of antituberculosis drugs and the drug resistance and provide references for the rational drug use. Methods: The DDDs and the drug resistance of nine commonly used antituberculotics in our hospital from 2002 to 2007 were statistically analyzed, including ethambutol, isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, levofloxacin, rifapentine, protionamide, streptomycin, sodium aminosalicylate. The relevant coefficients were calculated in order to determine the relevance and its closeness of DDDs and the drug resistance. Results: The relevant coefficients of the resistance rate and the DDDs ranged from 0.753 6 to 0.979 4, which had significance. Conclusion: There is a positive correlation between the tuherculotics resistance rate and the DDDs. As a result, the rational application of drugs can reduce the occurrence of the tuberculotics resistance.
