摘 要:目的应用超声波强度(WI)分析技术观察正常人冷加压试验(CPT)前后颈总动脉内径的变化,判断WI分析技术评价颈总动脉功能的可行性和准确性。方法正常健康志愿者24名,应用WI分析技术和常规二维超声分别观察、记录静息状态下、冷加压负荷试验后的右侧颈总动脉最大内径、最小内径、内径变化幅度及内径变化率。1周后随机选取10名行重复试验。结果WI分析法测量正常人右侧颈总动脉最大内径、最小内径、内径变化幅度及内径变化率在冷加压后均增大(P<0.05)。二维法冷加压试验前后颈总动脉最大内径的变化不明显,差异无统计学意义。WI分析法重复测量最大内径组内比较均具有高度一致性(r=0.96,P<0.0001),平均差异(0.03±0.01)mm。结论WI分析法可准确测量CPT前后颈总动脉内径变化,检测颈总动脉功能。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of wave intensity (WI) analysis in assessing function of common carotid artery (CCA) before and after cold pressure test (CPT). Methods Twenty-four healthy male subjects underwent 2D ultrasonography and WI examination under the normal quiescent condition and CPT condition respectively. After one week, under the same condition, 10 subjects were chosen randomly to take the same examination again. Results After CPT, the maximal and minimal diameter, changed range and rate of diameter measured with WI increased than those before CPT (P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference of maximal nor minimal diameter measured with 2D ultrasonography. The maximal diameters measured with WI correlated well within group (r=0.96, P〈0. 0001, mean difference: 0. 03 mm±0. 01 mm). Conclusion The diameter of CCA can be accurately measureed before and after CPT, and the function of CCA can be evaluated with WI.
