彩超诊断累及肝脏的遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对累及肝脏的遗传性、出血性毛细血管扩张症(HHT)的诊断价值。方法观察5例临床确诊的HHT累及肝脏患者的超声表现。结果5例患者均表现为肝固有动脉及肝内动脉分支明显增宽伴走行纡曲、扩张,血流速度增快;1例发现肝内动—静脉瘘,1例合并有肝硬化。结论彩超为诊断遗传性、出血性毛细血管扩张症(HHT)提供一种新的检查方法,具有重要临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler sonographic in diagnosis of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia （HHT） with hepatic involvement. Methods Color Doppler sonography was performed in 5 patients with HHT with hepatic involvement. Results The proper hepatic arteries of all 5 patients were dilated and tortuous, and the flow velocities increased. Intrahepatic arteriovenous shunt was observed in 1 patient, while liver cirrhosis was found in another one. Conclusion Color Doppler sonography has significant effect in clinical diagnosis of HHT.
