摘 要:目的评估数字乳腺摄影中全自动曝光控制的三种曝光模式对病灶显示的差别。方法对专用的TRM乳腺体模分别采用标准模式、剂量优先模式和对比度优先模式进行摄影。请5位观测者在同一观测条件下,随机抽取所获得的不同模式的照片进行视读,获得数据进行ROC解析并行统计学处理。结果视读直径为0.20~0.25mm钙化灶和0.45~0.60mm肿块灶,剂量优先模式与标准模式相比差异有统计学意义;视读直径为0.45mm的肿块灶,对比度优先模式与标准模式相比差异有统计学意义。结论标准模式可作为常规检查;剂量优先和对比度优先模式则应用于乳腺疾病的精确检查。Objective To evaluate the abilities of different automatic expose models for the detection of lesions in digital mammography. Methods Digital radiograms of TRM were made respectively with standard, dose and contrast models. Five observers were invited to review the randomly-selected films under the similar conditions, the data obtained were analyzed with ROC and statistical processing. Results Statistic difference was found from 0.20--0.25 mm diameter calcified lesions and the 0.45--0.60 mm tumor lesion between the dose model and standard model, as well as between the standard and contrast model for 0. 45 mm diameter tumor. Conclusion The standard model can be used in regular check-up, while the dose and contrast model are helpful to further diagnosis of breast diseases.
