摘　　要：文章以资产证券化的基本理论为出发点,结合助学贷款资产的实际情况,提出了助学贷款证券化的具体运作思路,并以此为基础,对助学贷款证券化面临的各种风险提出了相应的解决对策与建议。On the basis of basic theories of asset securitization, and combining the practical situation of student loan asset, this paper puts forward the concrete operation mode of the student loan securitization, and proposes some measures and suggestions for risks in student loan seecuritization.
