摘 要:研究固化工艺及存放时间对缸体、缸盖用覆膜砂芯的抗拉强度和发气性的影响。得出型芯生产的最佳工艺方案:固化温度为230℃,固化时间为120 s,存放时间不能超过12 h。在这样的固化工艺与存放时间下,制备的型芯满足缸体、缸盖用覆膜砂芯高强度、低发气量的要求。The influence of curing technology and resting period on the tensile strength and gas forming property of pre-coated sand core used for cylinder block and cylinder head was studied. The best processing of sand-core making was obtained, the curing-temperature should be 230 ℃, the curing-time should be 120 s, the resting period should be less than 12 hours. The sand-cores produced by this processing can meet the requirement of high tensile strength and low gas forming property of pre-coated sand core used for cylinder block and cylinder head.
