摘 要:目的:观察伞形科辛味中药主要化学成分对离体血管的舒张作用。方法:采用大鼠离体主动脉环模型,分别观察蛇床子素、阿魏酸钠、积雪草苷、茴香醛、藁本内酯、丁基苯酞、白花前胡丙素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素、α-细辛醚等10种化合物,对离体血管的舒张作用。结果:蛇床子素、欧前胡素、异欧前胡素、白花前胡丙素、细辛醚、丁基苯酞的舒张血管活性强于川芎嗪,藁本内酯、茴香醛与川芎嗪相当,阿魏酸钠、积雪草苷活性弱于川芎嗪。结论:药典收载的伞形科辛味中药均具有舒张血管作用。Objective :To observe the vasorelaxation effect of pungent herbs'chemical constituents in Umbelliferae. Methods :The vasorelaxation effect of 10 compounds was observed by isolated vascular rings model . Results :The results showed that the vasorelaxation effect of 6 compounds ( osthole, imperatorin, isoimperatorin, praeruptorin, asarone, butylphthalide ) were stronger than tetramethylpyrazine. The vasorelaxation effect of ligustilide and anisaldehyde suitable to tetramethylpyrazine. The vasorelaxation effect of fendic acid sodium and asiatieoside were less than tetramethylpyrazine. Conclusion : vasorelaxation effect is one of the generic pharmacological activity of pungent herbs in Umbelliferae.
