摘  要:目的:研究毛鸡骨草对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法:采用高脂肪乳剂灌胃法复制大鼠高血脂模型,毛鸡骨草组连续给药21天后,采用全自动生化分析仪检测血脂的相关指标,采用全自动血液流变分析仪测定血液流变学指标。结果:毛鸡骨草组大鼠血清TC、TG的含量和全血粘度、全血还原粘度、卡松粘度和红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞电泳时间、红细胞压积均较模型组明显降低,大鼠血清HDL含量则较模型组明显升高。结论:毛鸡骨草能降血脂并改变高血脂引起的血液流变学的变化,从而改善血液浓、粘、聚状态。Objective : To study effects of Abrus mollis Hance on blood lipids and hemorrheology in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: 40 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:the control group, hyperlipidemia model group, Abrus mollis Hance groups with high(30g/kg) , middle(20g/kg) or low(10g/kg) doses respectively. The hyperlipidemia model in rats were established with high-fat emulsion, the rats in the Abrus mows Hance groups were treated with the decocted fluid of Abrus mollis Hance for 21 days. The blood lipid contents and hemorrheolo- gy in rats were determined with a biochemistry analysator and a blood analysator respectively. Results : The levels of TG,TC, whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity, Cassion viscosity, red blood cell aggregation index, red blood cell rigidity index, erythrocyte electro- phoretic time and hematocrit of rats in Abrus mollis Hance groups were significantly lower than that in hyperlipidemia model group, while the level of HDL of rats in Abrus mollis Hance groups was markedly higher than that in hyperlipidcmia model group. Conclusion : Abrus mollis Hance could obviously decrease the level of blob-lipids and have a improvement to hemorrheologyg changs caused by hyperlipidemia.
