摘　　要：我国清代以前，由于战争和苦役导致大批人口死亡，破坏了人们正常的生产与生活秩序，使养羊业丧失了可持续发展的基本条件。另一方面，朝廷忽视羊种改良、畜种结构不合理、生产方式和生产手段落后、毛纺业工业化程度低、自然灾害频繁发生等因素都在一定程度上影响了我国养羊业的正常发展。The laborer deficiency phenomena often happed clue to a large number war death and frequent covee before the Ching dynasty （in china history）. So the normal order of life and production of human were destroyed. Sheep production lost the continuous development condition. On the other hand, the royal or imperial government did pay attention to the breed improvement of sheep and goat. The structure of livestock species was rational. Production mode and skill were backward. The industrialization of wool spinning was low. The natural disasters often happened. All of these affected the progress of sheep production of this country to certain extent.
