摘　　要：气候变化适应和减缓问题是学术界研究的热点，但如何通过土地可持续管理提高适应气候变化的能力，目前尚未进行深入的研究。利用问卷调查、脆弱性评价等方法对重庆市4个贫困村进行分析，结果表明项目村频繁发生干旱、高温、暴雨、霜冻等极端气候事件，而目前农户还缺乏有效的适应措施。脆弱性评估的结果表明，83．3％的被调查农户属于脆弱群体，当极端气候事件超过极限时，农户由于收入低、基础设施缺乏，农户的饮水和农作物受到严重影响。因此，可利用社区参与方法，从小型基础设施建设、收入提升活动和培训等方面提出和设计适应活动。The climatic change adapts and slows down the question is a hot spot which the academic circles studies, but how through land sustainable management enhancement climatize change ability, not yet conducts the thorough research at present. Using methods and so on questionnaire survey,vulnerable appraisal carries on the analysis to the Chongqing 4 impoverished villages, finally indicated the project village frequently has extreme climate events and so on the drought, high temperature, rainstorm, frost, but the present peasant household also lacks the effective adaptation measure. The vulnerability appraised the result indicated, 83. 3% is investigated the peasant household to belong the frail community, when the extreme climate event surpasses the limit,because the peasant household the income low, the infrastructure lacks, peasant household＇s potable water and the crops come under the serious influence. Therefore, may participate in the method using the community, from small aspects and so on infrastructure construction, income promotion activity and training proposes with the design adaptation activity.
