重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对污染性Ⅱ度创面的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)对污染性Ⅱ度擦挫伤创面的疗效情况。方法:常规处理伤口后,观察组创面喷洒rhEGF,再用rhEGF将适当消毒伤科黄油纱喷湿或浸湿敷于创面,外层覆盖干纱布包扎。两组前三天均每天换药一次,三天后根据情况隔天或三天换药一次,并同时口服抗生素,对照组采用消毒伤科黄油纱敷于伤口,其他治疗同观察组,观察两组创面愈合时间及瘢痕增生情况。结果:rhEGF治疗组愈合时间:13.05±1.12天,对照组愈合时间:16.14±0.98天,比对照组明显短,观察组瘢痕发生率为1.47%,对照组瘢痕发生率为15.6%,差别有显著性意义(P<0.01);创面愈合质量比对照组好,瘢痕发生率低。结论:rhEGF能显著加快皮肤生长,缩短皮肤愈合时间,明显减少瘢痕形成。Objective Observing the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） curing the contaminate draw surface. Methods After the routine addressing, the patients will be divided into 2 groups.The observation group applied the rhEGF on by the contaminate draw surface, While the control group without.The two groups patients＇ raw surface would be coverd the Huangyou yarn, then change of dressing everyday and take the oral antibiotic.Observing the agglutinating time and the condition of cicatricle accrementition. Results The observation group agglutinatinge is 13.05 ±1.12 day,and aincidence rate of the cicatricle accrementition is 1.47%,and the control group is 16.14± 0.98day,and 15.6%. （P〈0.01）. Conclusions rhEGF can significant speed up the skin growing, decurtate agglutination time ,and decrease the cicatricle accrementition.
