金因肽与粘合剂在妇产科手术皮肤美容中的联合应用

摘　　要：目的:在手术治疗的同时,如何以最快的速度促进创伤组织的修复,最大限度地减轻组织修复后的瘢痕。方法:选择住院需手术治疗的病例200例,随机分为两组,对照组单用WAB生物粘合剂粘合切口,观察组采用金因肽联合WAB生物粘合剂用于手术切口,观察切口皮肤愈合情况。结果:金因肽与WAB生物粘合剂的联合应用明显降低切口感染和切口脂肪液化的发生,使切口愈合好,形成瘢痕小。结论:金因肽与WAB生物粘合剂联合应用较单一使用WAB生物胶具有明显优势,适用于妇产科手术切口的皮肤美容。Objective How to speed up the repair wound time after operation,and reduce the case of tissue scaring. Method Two hundred patients who needed operation were randomly divided into two groups.The patients used WAB biosynthetic binder as control group,and the other with the combined use of Gene as group. To observe conditions of the wound healed. Results The time of bind shorten markedly（P〈0.01）, the posterpoerative infection and liquefacient fat all were reduced （P〈0.01）, the wound healed quickly and the Scars were changed small of the test group. Conclusion The patients used WAB biosynthetic binder and Gene Time unitedly were excellent more than only WAB biosynthetic binder.It suit in cosmetology for skin of gynecology and obstetrics.
