摘　　要：时代在呼唤，民众在憧憬!高校自当顺天应人地承担起人才评价体系的率先改革，即用客观公正的价值尺度取代“情感伸缩尺”的肆虐横行，从而以为人师表、垂范天下的风姿为整个社会提供一副科学的标尺和精准的天平!The time is summoning, the populace were looking forward to ! When the university undertakes the talent evaluation system lead reform from in accord with heaven＇s decree and the people＇s will, namely with objective fair measure of value substitution ＂emotion extension rod＂ wreaks havoc runs amuck, thus take is a teacher by worthy example, hangs the Fan world the graceful bearing to provide a science as the entire society the rod and the fine accurate balance!
