摘  要:介绍了造气吹风气回收系统工艺流程、工艺指标、主要设备;对影响蒸汽过热器使用寿命的主要因素进行了分析;提出了采用外供过热蒸汽、120~140m/s高蒸汽流速、12CrMor管材、蒸汽过热器换热管串联布置等生产保护技改措施,对比了蒸汽过热器改造前后生产运行效果。结果表明:4台犯400mm煤气炉产气量可增加氨产量7~8t/d,折成碳酸氢铵增产28~32t/d,且每年节约标煤600t,减少开支24万元。Author has introduced the process flow, process index, main equipment in gasification air blow gas recovery system; main reason effecting the service life of steam superheater was analyzed ; author has proposed the following technical measures for production protection : adopting outside sup- plied superheating steam, 120 - 140 m/s high steam velocity in heat exchanger tubes, steam superheater made of 12CrMo V, heat exchangers' arrange in serial mode selected etc. Production running effect was compared before and after reformation of steam superheaters. Result indicates that the gas produc- tion of the 4 coal gasifiers with diameter 2 400 mm is increased by 7 - 8 t/d, converting into ammonium bicarbonate production 28 - 32 t/d increased, moreover 600 t standard coal can be saved annually, 240 000 Yuan RMB expense can be reduced.
