摘  要:目的探讨老年人颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)与载脂蛋白基因多态性,及其与多种心血管病危险因素的关系。方法采用分子生物学方法测定62例中老年人载脂蛋白B(apoB)和载脂蛋白E(apoE)的基因多态性,并用高分辨率B型超声检测IMT。结果不同的apoE和apoB等位基因型之间颈动脉IMT及血脂质水平均无明显的差异。多因素逐步判别分析发现,年龄、高血压病和收缩期血压与颈动脉IMT呈显著的正相关性(r=0.422,0.481,0.542,P<0.01)。IMT增加者(≥1.0mm)冠心病和脑梗塞的发生率明显高于IMT正常者(<1.0mm)。结论apoE和apoB基因多态性对老年人颈动脉IMT增加及血脂质水平变化无明显的影响。衰老和高血压不同程度地影响老年人的颈动脉IMT。bjective To investigate the association of carotid arterial intima media thickness (IMT) with polymorphism of apolipoprotein E and B genes,and with various risk factors for cardiovascular disease in elderly subjects. Methods Polymorphism of the apolipo protein B and apolipoprotein E gene was determined by PCR and restrictive enzyme cleavage,and carotid arterial IMT was measured by high resolusion B mode ultrasound in a total of 62 subjects. Results Carotid IMT and lipid levels were not significantly different between different apo E alleles and differnt apo B alleles.Age,hypertension and systolic blood pressure were positively correlated with carotid IMT on multiple stepwise regression analysis ( r =0 422,0 481 and 0 542 respectively, P <0 01).The incidences of coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction were significantly higher in subjects with IMT≥1 0mm than those with IMT≤1 0mm( P <0 05~0 01). Conclusions Carotid arterial IMT and blood lipid levels are not associated with polymorphism of apolipoprotein B and E genes in the elderly population.Aging and hypertension have effect on carotid IMT to some extent.
