摘 要:目的调查长春市7 533例汉族妇女骨密度,分析本地区妇女峰值骨量及骨密度变化的人群规律。方法采用美国Osteometer Medi Tech公司生产的DTX-200型骨密度仪,检测受试者非受力侧前臂尺桡骨中远端三分之一处骨密度(BMD)。将7 533例检测结果按5岁为一年龄组,应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果长春市女性骨密度峰值出现在30-34岁年龄段,40岁开始缓慢下降.绝经期妇女骨密度明显降低。50-59岁年龄段骨质疏松发病率为6.97%;60-69岁年龄段发病率为35.97%;70-79岁年龄段发病率为59.55%;80-89岁年龄段发病率为75.56%。结论女性骨质疏松的发生与绝经关系密切,60岁以后骨质疏松发病率呈递增趋势。不同年龄段骨质疏松发病率差异显著(P<0.01)。Objective To investigate peak bone mineral density and regularity of changes of bone mineral density in women, BMD of 7 533 women in Changchun were measured. Methods The BMD at the distal one-third of Radius and ulna of non-dominant arm were determined by DTX-200 BMD detector made by American Osteometer Medi Tech Corporation. 7 533 objects were divided into different groups on the basis of each -5-year-old. The data were analyzed using spss13.0. Results The peak bone mineral density appeared in the 30 - 34 age group, while BMD showed a gradual decline after 40 years. BMD decreased quickly in menopause, preva-lence of osteoporosis was 6.97% in the 50 - 59 age group,35.97% in 60 - 69,59.55% in 70- 79,and 75.56% in 80 - 89. Conclusion Osteoporosisin women is closely related to menopause and prevalence of osteoporosis increases after 60 yeas. There is significant difference in different age groups P 〈 0.01.
