国际血涂片复审准则对于2类血细胞分析仪的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较研究国际血涂片复审准则对于不同检测原理血细胞分析仪红细胞和白细胞系统检测的有效性。方法以2种检测原理的血细胞分析仪平行检测200例样本,同时显微镜阅片;依据国际血涂片复审准则,对于仪器检测后实施显微镜血涂片观察结果进行临床诊断性试验分析。结果A型和S型血细胞分析仪,其红细胞和白细胞系统的临床诊断性试验分别是:灵敏度83.6%和82.4%,特异度75.2%和78.3%误诊率24.8%和21.8%,漏诊率16.4%和17.5%,正确率77.5%和79.5%。结论依从国际血涂片复审规则思路和原理,结合各类血细胞分析仪原理实施个性化复审程序是必要的。Objective To study comparatively the validity of the international criteria for blood smear review on the two types of hematology analyzers having different principle in detecting red blood cells and white blood cells. Methods The two types of hematology analyzers were used to examine 200 blood samples paralleUy, meanwhile the blood smears were observed under microscopes; According to the international criteria for blood smear review, the results of microscopic observation following analyzer detection was analyzed with the clinical diagnostic test. Results The guide lines of the clinical diagnostic test for A-type hematology .analyzer and Stype hematology analyzer on detecting red blood cells and white blood ceils were as follows respectively： the sensitivity were 83.6% and 82.4% ,the specificity were 75.2% and 78.3% ,the mistake diagnostic rate were 24.8% and 21.8% ,the omission diagnostic rate were 16.4% and 17.5 %, the efficiency were 77.5 % and 79.5 %. Conclusion According to the principle of the international criteria for the blood smear review, it is necessary to establish individuation review criteria aiming at different types of hematology, analyzers.
