摘  要:磁力泵以其无轴封、无泄漏的特点,广泛应用于电力、石油、化工等工业领域。随着工厂设备管理现代化的发展,要求对磁力泵的状态可监测,并且可联入工厂自动化监控网络。通过实际应用和分析对比,对磁力泵状态监测和故障诊断,其核心在于对隔离套温度、滑动轴承磨损监测两个方面。因此,针对磁力泵的结构及运行特点,采用单片机和PC机相结合的分布式系统,对生产车间多台磁力泵运行中隔离套温度及滑动轴承运行状态进行实时监测和记录,并实现了越限报警,故障泵停机切换处理。介绍了系统工作原理,硬件组成及软件设计。Magnetic drive pumps, with the character of no shaft sealing and no leakage, are widely used in such fields as electricity, petroleum and chemical industry. With the development of modern management in factories, it requires the condition of magnetic drive pump could be monitored and could be jointed to the automation monitoring network of the factory. With the practical applica- tion and relative analysis, monitoring the condition and diagnosing the failure of the magnetic drive pumps mainly focus on tempera- ture of the containment shell and the abrasion of the bearing. Therefore, this paper contraposes the structural and running specialty, applies the distributed system based on the technology of single-chip-microcomputer and PC, monitoring and memorizing the temper- ature and the bearing abrasion of many magnetic drive pumps in the production department at real-time , realizing alarming over the limit, stopping the failure pump and operating another pump. In this paper, the principle of the system , the form of the hardware and the design of software are introduced.
