摘 要:油气井固井中如何抑制气层、高压水层环空水、气窜以及小环空间隙固井中怎样提高顶替效率等,一直是困扰固井施工的技术难题,并影响到后期增产作业和开发措施的实施。在机理研究的基础上,结合振动对水泥浆性能的影响实验,重点研究了振动优化工作参数范围的确定和系统优化,研制了一种新型固井井下低频水力振动装置。实验和应用结果表明:①施加振动后能显著改变水泥浆水化进程,有效缩短初、终凝过渡时间,进而减轻胶凝失重的影响;②提高固井质量效果明显;③该装置的适应性良好,值得推广应用。How to control water and gas channeling and to improve the displacement efficiency of cement slurry is always big concern especially for the smaller annular space because this is very important for further stimulation and production in the later period. Based on the mechanism study, many tests were carried out on how the cement pulsation treatment acts on the performance of cement slurry, with focus on the determination of the operating parameters and the optimization of this slurry system, and a new type of low frequency downhole hydraulic cement pulsation device was studied and worked out. Field tests and application practices showed that cement pulsation accelerates the hydration process of cement slurry, shortens the interval time between initial and final cement gelling, and then abates gelling weight loss effect, and this newly-developed device is feasible and practical to be widely used in the cementing operation.
