摘 要:制备了不同含量Al(OH)3的含水凝胶阻燃不饱和聚酯树脂(HCUP),并对其分散相的形貌、力学性能及其阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明,水凝胶和Al(OH)3微粒可以均匀地分散在UPR(不饱和聚酯)中。Al(OH)3含量从0到90份(基础树脂为100份)的HCUP的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度都表现出下降的趋势;Al(OH)3含量增加时,HCUP的阻燃性得到较大提高,表现为极限氧指数(LOI)从35%提高到51%,Al(OH)3使HCUP的热释放速率、有效燃烧热和质量损失速率都显著降低。Hydrogel-containing flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin(HCUP) with different Al(OH)3 contents were prepared and dispersing condition of the dispersed phase, mechanical performance and flame-retardant properties were studied. The results show that hydrogel and Al(OH)3 particles can be dispersed evenly in the unsaturated polyester resin. As the Al(OH)3 contents change from 0 to 90 phr, the tensile strength, bending strength and impact strength of HCUP decline gradually. The limited oxygen index (LOI) changes from 35% to 51%, which exhibits that the flame retardant properties of HCUP have improved greatly. The addition of Al(OH)3 leads to the obvious decreasing of heat release rate, effective heat of combustion and mass loss rate of HCUP .
