摘　　要：介绍了CDM机制的建立背景及其含义、CDM项目开发与实施所涉及的机构及具体操作流程,在分析燃煤发电CDM方法学和应用现状的基础上,结合具体的燃煤发电CDM项目的应用案例,提出应抓住清洁发展机制可利用的这一有利时机加强国际合作、积极开发燃煤发电CDM项目的建议。This paper describes the background against which CDM is established and what it truly means, introducing the institutions involved and the specific operation procedures in the course of the CDM project development and implementation. Through an in-depth analysis of the CDM methodology in the coal-fired power plants in China and the current situation of the CDM application, and based upon some specific application cases in CDM coal-fired power generation, the paper suggests that the opportunity of China＇s CDM establishment should be taken in time to strengthen international cooperation in the power sector. Relative suggestions about development of CDM coal-fired power generation projects are also made in the paper.
