彩色马蹄莲试管苗移栽育苗技术研究

摘　　要：以彩色马蹄莲生根试管苗为试材,研究了有根与无根生根苗、污染生根苗、育苗基质、育苗时间对移栽育苗的影响。结果表明:有根彩色马蹄莲育苗移栽成活率高,而无根彩色马蹄莲易死。污染的生根苗经消毒处理后仍有一定成活率。在基质选择上,珍珠岩、腐殖土与红壤土1∶1∶1混合练苗成活率最高,可达93.38%。彩色马蹄莲试管苗的移栽应在3～6月和9～10月,适宜温度范围为10～33℃。Took root with colored common calla test-tube seedling for try on material, studied root with have root grow root and shoot, pollution grow root and shoot, grow seedlings ground substance, grow seedlings time influence on trans- planting and growing seedlings. The result showed. There was colored common calla of root that grows seedlings and transplants survival rate high, but not extremely so easy as colored common calla of root. There was certain survival rate after disinfecting in the growing the root and shoot of pollution. In the ground substance was chosen, the pearlite, hu- mus soil and red loam mix and smelt the survival rate of seedlings highest at 1 ： 1 ： 1, can be up to 93. 38%. Should be in March-June and September-October that the colored common calla group banks up the transplantation of the seedling with earth, the suitable temperature rang was 10～33℃.
