摘　　要：文章阐述了国家皮划艇队管理系统的设计与实现,简述了在开发过程中使用的技术和框架,Struts、Spring、Hiber-nate三种框架的组合使得J2EE的开发有更好的灵活性和可维护性,能充分发挥三者的优势,使系统层次划分更为清晰,实现多层开发的低耦合,大大增强了项目的可扩展性,降低了维护成本,提高了软件的开发效率,具有一定的理论和实践意义。The designed and implementation of Chinese Canoeing Team Management System is expounded and the technology and framework during the development is introduced including Struts,Spring. Hibernate. The combination of the three framework makes J2EE development of a better flexibility and maintainability, all three can give flail play to the advantages of the system-level division of clarity, realize the development of multi-storey low-coupling, strengthen system＇s expansibility and bring down the maintenance cost as well as improve the efficiency of software development. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
