摘 要:为研究随钻测井时底部钻柱近钻头处的动力学特性,设计了直梁应变片式测力传感器,研制了一种基于虚拟仪器平台的模拟钻柱动态力无线测量装置,阐述了其测量原理与系统结构,实现了模拟钻柱旋转过程中轴向力、径向力和扭矩的多线程检测及侧向力求解,并进行了不同钻压和井斜角条件下底部钻柱组合的动态力学特性实验,研究了侧向力的变化规律。实验结果表明,系统能够实现实验室内模拟钻柱的动态力实时测量,可为底部钻具组合的井斜控制机理研究提供实验基础。A straight beam strain gauge sensor and a virtual instrument--based dynamic force wireless measurement device of simulated drill strings were developed to study the near--bit bottom drill string dynamics in measurement while drilling. The structure and working principle of the measurement system were expressed. The axial forces, radial forces and torsional moments for rotating simulated drill string were detected multithreadedly in the laboratory. And the solutions of lateral re sultant forces were achieved. By using bottom--hole assembly (BHA) composed of simulated drill strings,the dynamic force parameters of BHA were measured under different weight on bit(WOB) loads and deviation angles. Moreover, the variational law of lateral forces was analyzed. The results show that the developed system can perform on--line measurements in the laboratory and provide experimental basis for the theoretical analyses of the hole deviation control mechanism of BHA.
