摘　　要：从新的角度使用过盈体积来度量实际过盈效果。使用三坐标仪测量包容件与被包容件的表面数据,通过样条函数建立接触曲面的数字模型。使用结点法精确计算过盈体积,并且讨论过盈体积的修正方法和该计算方法的收敛性。通过实例证明,该方法可以有效地针对计算不同相位和间隙的装配模型过盈体积,能够在装配前预测过盈范围,从而能够更好地指导装配。A new approach to representation of interference＇s quantity in practice was presented by means of interference volume, which was calculated accurately based on surface digital model. Firstly the surface digital model was established according to spline function and discrete data measured by three coordinates measuring machine. Then, the calculation method and the correction method of interference volume were discussed. Finally, this approach is profitable to actual assembly guiding, which will be readily seen from the example given herein.
