机电集成超环面传动定子的位移分析

摘  要:介绍了机电集成超环面传动的集成原理,针对空间螺旋定子齿复杂的力学分析问题,应用空间坐标变换原理推导了定子齿的空间曲线方程,给出了定子齿截面坐标与定子坐标之间的关系。以定子齿的截面能量为积分单元,给出了定子齿的势能计算公式,通过最小能量法原理求得了定子齿的位移表达式,分析了在不同的啮合位置定子齿的位移分布规律。研究结果对机电集成超环面传动系统的强度和刚度设计,以及定子齿的稳定性分析具有参考价值。This paper mainly concentrated on the system of electromechanical integrated toroidal drive and the principles of integration. With more details on the complicated mechanics analysis of the spatial helical stator and, in addition,based on the coordinate transforming principle, equations of the stator were deduced. Derived from the relationship between the stator coordinate and the section coordinate that was given, the equation of potential energy was obtained. Consequently, with the support from the minimizing energy method, the results of displacement distribution of the stator at different meshing points were determined as well as the rules were analyzed simultaneously. Such resuhs are useful for intensity and rigidity design of electromechanical integrated toroidal drive and for stability analysis of the stator as well.
