摘  要:目的研究全麻诱导时不同给药顺序对血流动力学的影响。方法选择105例ASA评级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者,按丙泊酚、芬太尼、阿曲库胺按不同给药顺序的六组,另加丙泊酚-芬太尼-阿曲库胺-丙泊酚-组随机分成七组,分组给药,在不改变其他条件下观察麻醉诱导时心率、平均动脉压。结果丙泊酚-阿曲库胺-芬太尼-丙泊酚给药顺序血流动力学最为稳定;芬太尼-丙泊酚-阿曲库胺给药顺序次之;丙泊酚-芬太尼-阿曲库胺给药顺序血流动力学最差。结论麻醉诱导时不同的给药顺序对血流动力学的影响有一定的差异。Objective To investigate Hemodynamic diverse stabilities produced by different injection anesthetic sequences on hemodynamic during general anesthesia induction. Methods One hun- dred and five patients, ASA physical status Ⅰor Ⅱ, were assigned randomly to seven groups (15 cases each group) by seven different injection anesthetic sequences,which were six groups with different orders of Propofol, Fentanyl and Atracurium, plus the Propofol - Fentanyl - Atracuriu - Propofol group. Then pa- tients' heart rates and mean arterial pressures were tested by group. Results The Propofol - Fentanyl - Atracuriu- Propofol group show the most stable Hemodynamic index and the Propofol- Fentanyl - Atracurium group show the most unstable Hemodynamic index. Conclusions There is a sure influnce on hemodynamic by different injection anesthetic sequences during general anesthesia induction.
