肾周脂肪间隙在小肾畸形鉴别诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肾周脂肪间隙在小肾畸形诊断中的意义。方法收集本院2000-2006年手术病理证实小肾32例，其中先天性小肾11例，继发性小肾21例。全部病例病均经CT检查。分析双侧肾周脂肪间隙在不同病变中的差异性。结果先天性小肾双侧肾周脂肪间隙宽窄无明显差异，继发性小肾，肾萎缩侧肾周脂肪间隙较对侧平均增宽8mm。结论肾周脂肪间隙增宽，对诊断继发性肾萎缩有重要意义。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of perirenal fatty space in diagnosing the malformation of small kidneys. Methods 32 cases with small kidney confirmed by pathology were collected from 2000 to 2006. Of them, 11 cases were congenital small kidneys and 21 cases were acquired small kidneys. All cases underwent CT scan. The differences of perirenal fatty space in different diseases were analysed and compared. Results There was no difference between bilateral perirenal space in width in congenital small didneys,while the perirenal space of the side of acquired renal atrophy was wider than that of the other side obout 8 mm. Con- clusion The perirenal fatty space widened is important sign in diagnosis of acquired renal atrophy.
