摘 要:以溴为溴化剂,在水中进行邻(对)氯苯乙酮α-氢的溴代反应,合成了α-溴代邻(对)氯苯乙酮。通过实验确定并优化了工艺条件,其最佳工艺条件为:n(氯代苯乙酮)∶n(溴)=1∶1.1;反应温度为室温;反应时间为3~4h;收率可达91.2%(92.4%)。本工艺方法的特点是:(1)不使用任何有机溶剂,对环境无污染,属于环境友好型工艺;(2)常温反应无需加热,节约能源;(3)操作简单,生产成本低,适合于规模化生产。α-Bromo-o ( p )-chloroacetophenone was synthesized by α-bromization of 2 ( 4 )-chl- oroacetophenone with water as solvent and bromine as bromizating agent. The reaction conditions of α- bromization were studied. The optimal conditions were as follows: molar ratio of o(p) -chloroacetophenone and bromine, 1 : 1.1 ; ambent temperature; reaction time of 3-4 h. Under the optimum conditions, the yield was 91.2%(92.4%). This technology does not use organic solvent and does not cause pollution to the environment, so it belongs to the environment friendly green chemical technology.
