摘　　要：自1988年向全国推广MEBT以来，成功救治了许多烧伤病人，经大量临床实践和实验研究，证实MEBT在防治烧伤休克方面具有补液量少、疗效佳的优点。为了进一步运用和认识这一新颖治疗方法，本文较全面论述了临床和实验研究资料，并对其机理及展望进行了探讨。Since 1988,the application of MEBT has success-fully saved the life of a large number of burn victims.Experimental research and clinical practice provedthat MEBT for preventing and treating burn shock hasthe advantages of requiring only small amount of infu-sion fluid and resulting in exoellent efficacy. This pa-per presents a comprehensive review on the masearchand clinical data of MEBT and a discussion on itsmechanism and prospect.
