摘　　要：自1994年1月～1996年12月，作者在体外循环下使用高频电刀实行组织切割和止血手术306例，有12例发生了皮肤电烧伤。烧伤面积偏小，深度偏浅。烧伤部位多集中在骨骼隆起部位，以单发为主，双发者占41．7％。全组因采用酊剂或龙胆紫药水外涂治疗，创面虽然干燥，但为瘢痕愈合。作者就高频电刀烧伤的主要因素和防范措施进行了讨论。During operation under extracorporeal circula-tion, high frequency electric knife is used to excise thetissue. 12 patients were burned electrically The burnwounds were small and superficial. Most of thewounds located on prominent parts of the bone. Mostof them were single. 41. 7% of them were double.The wounds were treated locally with tincturesand gentian violet. The wounds were dry but healed with scar formation. The authors suggested somemeasures for the prevention of burn caused by eIectricknife.
