摘　　要：本文报告18例软组织挤压伤。采用早期切开引流，应用MEBO纱布换药。促进坏死组织尽早液化脱落；间生态组织尽早复苏；新生肉芽组织生长。最大限度的保留了间生态组织。明显的减少了残废。部分缺损较大的创面，采用自体皮移植或由皮瓣转移修复创面，恢复良好。18 cases of soft tissue crush injury after early in-cision and drainage were treated with MEBO gauze.MEBO helped to promote early Iiquefaction of necrotictissue, revivification of parabiotic tissue and growthof granulation tissue. lt preserves parabiotic tissue tothe greatest extent and markedly reduces disablementrate. Part of the large defects can be repaired by au-totranspIantation of skin or transposition of skin flap.The results were satisfactory.
